Payroll and Benefits Administrator

Reporting to the Operations Controller, the Payroll and Benefits Administrator will be in charge of a range of financial and payroll tasks related to our salaried and hourly workforce including: administering employee information, administering benefits plans (hourly, salaried and legacy retirees), vacation tracking, payroll calculation and fulfilment, entering time cards, reconciliation and reporting, WCB, benefits, taxes, taxable benefits, T4s, and document filing. The role also provides front-line response to relevant employee and retiree enquiries. The successful candidate will also play a large role in the on-going automation and streamlined reporting of payroll and benefits activities.

Manager, Internal Audit and Risk

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Manager, Internal Audit and Risk will contribute to Mosaic’s compliance culture by living the Mosaic values, leading by example, doing what is right and displaying moral and social conduct as outlined in the Mosaic Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and by reporting on compliance activities such as safety, environment and tax & accounting.

Manager, Hydrology & Terrain


Reporting to the VP Sustainability & Chief Forester the Manager, Hydrology & Terrain role is responsible for providing leadership in the planning and delivery of watershed, infrastructure, terrain, carbon and related programs and initiatives to maximize the value of the forest estate and ensure the corporation’s ongoing commitment to safe and environmentally sensitive operations.

Log Truck Driver

Nanaimo / Parksville

We have two full-time positions for safety-minded and team-oriented professional truck drivers. Competence as a log truck driver is preferred but an excellent safety record, a strong work ethic and good communication skills are essential. Other logging experience and qualifications would be valued. A level 3 first aid ticket would be an asset.


Production Supervisor

Northwest Bay

Reporting to the Harvest Manager, the Production Supervisor will supervise company hourly crews and phase production contractors in day to day operations. Responsible for ensuring safety and environmental performance standards in meeting planned production and financial objectives and targets. Assist the Harvesting Manager in the detailed planning, scheduling and budgeting of operations.

Processor Field Technician

Nanaimo or Campbell River

This is a new role in the organization, reporting through the Product Planning group, the role is responsible for training and coaching processor operators on machine fitness, calibration and best practices, and ensure the corporation’songoing commitment to safe and environmentally sensitive operations.

Contract Manager

Nanaimo and Northwest Bay

Reporting to the General Manager, the Contract Manager will support Timberland Operations with maintaining a high standard in harvest planning relative to safety, environment, quality, productivity, and costs. This position requires leadership and commitment to our safety and environmental management systems.
