Mosaic Citizen of the Year Award
Giving back to the communities where we live, work and play is a core value at Mosaic. Mosaic’s Citizen of the Year is an annual program that recognizes a Mosaic employee who has made a meaningful contribution to the well-being of their community.
To be eligible for nomination, Mosaic employees must have contributed to their community through active volunteer work, service or resource donation within the respective calendar year. Examples include volunteering for a local agency/organization, event, school, or sports team, or providing general volunteer services or resources for community-focused needs.
Nomination & Selection
The nomination period for this award program runs annually from September 1 to September 30.
To nominate a Mosaic employee, please complete the form below before September 30. The winner of the Mosaic Citizen of the Year will be selected by an internal committee and will be announced by the end of the year.
Award The Mosaic Citizen of the Year is invited to dinner with the CEO, and presented with a donation of $2,500 to the charity of their choice!
