Kerry Austin – Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
Kerry is responsible for overseeing Mosaic’s legal affairs and governance. Before joining Mosaic in 2019, Kerry practiced in the specialized business law group of a national Canadian law firm, where she gained in-depth knowledge and experience in commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, development, land interests and regulatory matters. She spent over a decade in tourism, event management and fundraising before attending law school.
Kerry is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia. She holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of British Columbia, an Associate Certificate in Marketing Management – Event Marketing from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) and an Attestation of College Studies in Intercultural Relations and Community Development from Cegep Marie-Victorin.
