Mosaic Launches its Seventh Annual Photo Contest Inviting Aspiring Photographers to Capture BC’s Wild West Coast
Mosaic Forest Management is thrilled to announce the launch of its seventh annual Camping Photo Contest. Photographers of all levels are invited to submit their favourite images of BC’s wild west coast for a chance to win one of three, 7-day camping passes valid at any one of Mosaic’s campsites.
“The photo contest is an exciting chance for photographers to share their unique viewpoints on the forests, people, places, and wildlife that make Mosaic’s managed forest lands, and indeed all of the west coast, so special,” said Rob Gough, President and CEO of Mosaic Forest Management. “We look forward to seeing coastal BC’s wild places from a variety of perspectives.”
Thousands explore BC’s wilderness destinations each year. Last year’s Camping Photo Contest received hundreds of entries. The images captured the essence of camping on the west coast, with the winning shots including a wakeboarder on Sproat Lake, and a glowing sunset at Nanaimo Lakes.
Mosaic’s Camping Photo Contest is inspired by its fourteen scenic campgrounds in locations throughout Vancouver Island. The campgrounds include waterfront locations with stunning views that make for great close-to-home vacations. Reservations are open now for the 2023 camping season. Visit MosaicForests.com/Camping for campsite reservation information.
To enter Mosaic’s Camping Photo Contest, visit MosaicForests.com/Contest to upload a photo, whether shot with a professional camera or on a smartphone. Entries can also be shared on Twitter or Instagram with the hashtag #MosaicCampsiteContest. The contest runs June 29, 2023, through September 17, 2023, and is open to Canadian residents (excluding residents of Quebec).
